YOU CAN CANCEL FREE OF CHARGE UNTIL 14 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL ON ALL HOLIDAY BOOKINGS
Welcome to our holiday cottage cancellation policy. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our cancellation guidelines. We always strive to align our policies with the cancellation options available on popular booking channels like Airbnb and Booking.com, providing you with consistency and flexibility across platforms. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the following policy, which outlines the conditions for cancelling your reservation. 5.0 CANCELLATION POLICY
5.1 You can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
5.2 You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
5.3 In the event of the Property becoming unavailable due to a problem with the Property or its facilities or for any other reason, We have the right to cancel Your Booking by notice in writing to You and all sums paid by You will be refunded. We will endeavour only to cancel Your Booking if it is unavailable for reasons beyond Our control such as a result of a decision by the Owner/s, fire, flooding or structural problems. We will attempt to offer You an alternative Property, however if this is not possible, or unacceptable to you, then We would refund all monies paid by You. Our liability will not extend beyond this refund.
5.4 In the event of a cancellation by You, You must notify Us as soon as possible in writing.
5.5 We strongly advise that cancellation insurance is taken for all Bookings.
